Game Recap

The Roadrunners come through with an impressive win on Tuesday against Los Amigos. With the rough schedule of 5 games in the next 7 days laying ahead of the, Saddleback managed to jump out early on Los Amigos and come away with a much deserved win.
Mark Silvas came into relieve starting pitcher Deigo Salyrosas and earn his first win of the year. Omar Gonzales was able to get the hold in the sixth and David Rojas ended the seventh to claim his first save.
The offense was lead by Richard Gortarez who went 4-4 with a double and two tuns scored. David Rojas backed that with a 2-4 with 2 doubles and 2 runs scored. “We played well today. It was a big win for us” said the Junior. “now we need to bring that momentum to our league games”
The Roadrunners will take on Estancia HS at home on Friday at 3:15.
